FAQs

How are the gift cards and bonus cards delivered?

You (the buyer) will receive two emails: 1) Your order confirmation 2) Your bonus gift card(s)

Your recipient will receive one email with their gift card.

Can I order a physical gift card online?

Physical gift cards can only be purchased in restaurant. Promotions do not apply to physical gift cards.

What can I use my gift card for?

Gift cards and bonus cards can only be used towards bar and table dining service at Grill 23 & Bar, Bistro du Midi, The Banks Seafood & Steak, and Harvest. They cannot be used towards contracted private dining or events.

What if I put the wrong email address?

Our team can fix that. Please email shoponline@himmelhospitality.com. This can take up to two business days to correct. If it is time sensitive, the guest should purchase another e-gift card using the correct recipient's email, and then accounting can refund the original purchase within two business days.
